Our team consists of certified appraisers, stagers, movers and a swift clean out crew. We will assess the estate and categorize the items for appropriate venue of sale in order to ensure the highest return for our clients. The process is taylored to the needs of each client and situation. Client involvement is encouraged but not necessary. An estate sale can be a sensitive time for a family and we are sensitive to that fact. The end goal is to have the highest return for the estate items and have satisfaction and ease between family members as well as between our team and the client. Years of experience have shaped our methods and ability to complete the task swiftly, successfully and with care.

What to know
The number one piece of advice I give potential clients is to not throw anything away or clean anything before I arrive for a consultation. Some treasures look like trash. Our team works very hard in order to avoid items going to the landfill. We have a term “ reverent recycling” that we use to describe what we do with the lesser valued items. We sell, discount, donate, then throw away if we have to. All of the sorting, cleaning and curating is included in our service. We encourage our clients to help along side if they are interested in the process or what to help discover treasures with us. I find that most clients do not want to be present, but I like to give them the option in case they are curious or need it for sentimental reasons.

About Me
My name is Alison
I started doing estate sales straight out of business school in San Francisco in the 1990’s. I had a love for history and the life stories I learned from the items I came across and the families I worked for. I appreciate the actual value of the items I broker but I value the historic and personal stories they represent. I truly enjoy working with families, helping them decide what to keep for sentimentality and assisting them through a process that can be very trying for a family. I know what items are worth and I know how best to sell them. My team is organized, swift and experienced. We can handle any situation.
